Sinawali(Weaving Pattern) often referred to as techniques used for double sticks or doble baston in Kali Escrima (Filipino Martial Arts).These patterns also are used for empty handed striking.I have been a beginner learning Filipino Martial Arts and I found these interesting drills that are explained in an easy to follow instruction, great for someone who just started with Kali.
